Yesterday (when I started) I did some exercises, but everything was a little shaky. Today went much better. Did some more exercises this morning and finished a 50 minute power walk about 15 minutes ago. Feeling great.
You've reminded me I need to start again. I used to run 1-2 miles a morning then come back home and do some pushups and situps. Yesterday I started riding my bike (same route), I tried going back home to do sit ups and planks but my back is killing me a bit still.
I tried running the other day and felt like I was going to collapse, lol. That's when I was like power walking it is then! It's doing me good. I can feel it. I'm also eating better. Planning on weighing myself next Friday to see if I've made any progress, even if it's just a little!
This so. cal summer heat is KILLING ME! I've had a mind to ride my bike for the last 4 days straight and the weather is just too hot, humid and thick-aired (new vernacular?) Guh, this is always the way with my working out, I give blood, the weather is in the 100's. Yes, I know I can work out around the house but I was actually looking forward to getting out, a rarity with me sometimes.
Yeah, I'm enjoying getting outside to walk, although this week has been nothing but rain so I feel like all my work last week is going down the drain. The sun needs to come back out!! Walking is also helping me build a tan for that cosplay. Killing two birds with one stone, lol.
